Dry fruit Chikki.

Ingredients :  Almond 1/2 cup, Cashew 1/2 cup,  sugar 1cup, pure ghee  2 tsp .
Recipe  :  Cut Almond & Cashew in two pieces, roast dry fruits on slow flame hardly two three minutes. Remove dry fruits in bowl now in same pan add 1tsp.pure ghee ,add sugar, on slow flame stir it continuesly till the time it will melt fully. Then off the flame, add dry fruits, quickly stir & mix it pour the mixture on board which is already  greased with 1tsp. of pure ghee. Now quickly roll it with roller & mark pieces with sharp knife. Now break it in pieces. Enjoy  this Chikki .
