Recipe : Take chickpea flour in bowl add all dry ingredients, add 1tbs of oil, slowly go on adding water to make a dough ,now flat base pan on gas put oil & make it medium hot, put the dough in kitchen express gripper & now directly press it &make it round shape of gathiya (sev) with the proper jali. Fry from both sides of gathiya till it gets golden brown .remove it on tissue paper in a plate when it's cool down break up in small pieces. When it gets cool store it in Air tight container. Enjoy cooking. Have it with hot tea or coffee. ๐๐
