Dosa -Chatani.

Batter Making: 
 3:1, rice & dhuli Udad saal.Soak rice & daal for 5-6hours. desperately.while soaking add 2tsp. methidaana with rice. grind it in mixture grinder n make smooth batter, mix daal n rice batter, mix it well. keep 7-8 hrs.for fermentation. Before making dosa soak 4 tbs. poha for 8-10 minutes then grind it & mix it in dosa better.
 Chatani recipe:
 I made it without coconut during Lockdown.
Mint  , coriander  ,little tamrind ,little fried ground nut n chana daal, half tsp. sugar, add little water & grind it, see the consistency how liquid chatany u want.
Dosa making : 
Take that much quantity how much you need to make dosa at a time. 
Now add salt in batter only in which u'hv taken to make dosa.
add little water to make consistency .
Hot dosa tava ,sprinkle little water on tava, make flame slow, spread dosa batter on tava,  turn to high gas flame, put few drops oil around dosa.when u see redishness on dosa surface turn around ur dosa on tava, cook it nicely ,make rest of the dosas & have it with chatany. Enjoy Cooking.
