Maggi Masala with Morning or Evening Masala Tea.

Maggi Masala : 
1) 2 block of Maggi  Noodles, 
2) 1 medium chopped  Onion, 
3) 2  chopped  Tomatoes, 
4) 1-1/4 cup of  semi boiled green pease, 
5) 3 tsp.thin slices of Capsicum (u can add your choice of veggies), 
6)  2-1/2 tsp of Oil, 
7)  water as required ,
8) 2green  chopped chillies, 
9) 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder, 
10) salt as per taste, 
11) 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 
12) 1/2 tsp. of coriander powder. 
13) 1tsp of chopped garlic - ginger,
14) 1tsp Cumin. Seeds. 

Recipe : 
Keep a pan on gas, put oil, add cumin seeds ,add chopped onions, Green chillies, asafoetida ,ginger - garlic. 
Fry it till it becomes pinkish .
Keep on other side a pan, add water, add Noodles with 1/2 tsp of oil ,after 2 minutes add sliced capsicum ,don't  boil it too much. 
Add dry spices in pan of Onions. 
Add little water, mix it well. Add green pease, tomatoes & stir it properly, add Maggi masala both the masala pouches, stir it properly, add salt then add boiled Maggi Noodles, stir it again. 
Cook it with lid on the pan  for 2-3 minutes .Your Maggi Masala is ready.
