Green -Chholia Vegetable.

Ingredients  : 

 1-1/2 cup Chholia ,
2 Onions chopped, 
2 Tomatoes chopped  ,
10-12  Pieces Paneer ,
2-3 Green chillies chopped, 
2 tsp. Coriander powder, 
 1-tsp. Green coriander leaves powder, 
1/2 Garam masala powder, 
1/2 red chilli powder, 
Salt as per taste, 
2tbs. Oil, 
1 tsp. Cumin seeds, 
1-2 tsp. Coriander leaves, 
1-1/2 ,tsp. Chopped Ginger, 
1-1/2 tsp. Chopped garlic, 
A pinch of Asafoetida, 
Little water as per required. 

Recipe  : 
1) Keep a pan on gas, put oil in a pan, make it hot, add cumin seeds, green chillies,chopped ,ginger & garlc ,saute it,  add asafoetida .
2) Add  onion ,mix it well  for2-3 minutes, add chholia, red chilly powder, coriander powder, green coriander leaves powder,garam masala. 
3)  Mix it properly, add little water as required, add tomatoes, mix it well, add salt, nicely cook by keeping lid on the pan 8-10 minutes. 
4)  Add Paneer Pieces, Check it whether tomatoes smashed or no  & chholia properly cooked or no, if needed cook it for 5-7  minutes more .
5) When  cooked well ,put the flame of gas off, garnish the veges with coriander leaves .Serve with Chapatis, paranthas. Happy cooking  .
