1) Take a big bunch of green coriander leaves, cut the extra stem of buch.
2) Wash Coriander leaves in running water 3-4 times nicely.
3) Spread it on kitchen napkin or on some cotton cloth for 24-28 hrs.
4) Remove leaves from stem ,small tender some stems also you can add while grinding.
5) Next day, after 28 hrs. Microwave the leaves for atleast 3-4 minutes, but don't microwave continuesly 4 minutes, instead of this microwave
1-1 minutes 3-4 times
6) Now grind it in a mixture chutney jar in fine powder of coriander leaves .
7) Store in a dry & clean jar or any bottle.Use it in your any recipe in place of coriander leaves.
