1cup of Sabudana,
1 medium size potato,
2-3 green chillies according to the taste,
4-5 curry leaves,
1tsp of cumin seeds,
Salt as per the taste,
Oil for frying (potato) as little as possible ,
3-4 tbs of groundnut powder ,
Chopped coriander leaves,
Water.
Method:
Without crushing sabudana 2-3times wash it,add little water and soak it overnight .
Take a pan pour little oil ,peel off the potato,cut it in small pieces & put it in the oil,now fry potato pieces, after frying remove potato pieces &keep it aside.If oil quantity is more of oil,make it little less.
Put green chilly pieces,wait a second then put cumin seeds & curry leaves,let it crackle,now add sabudana, saute for a minute,add groundnut powder ,add fryied potato pieces & add salt as per the taste, mix it well & put the lid let's wait for two minutes then switch off the Gas. Sago (Sabudana) Khichdi is ready . Just sprinkle coriander leaves before you serve it to eat.
