2big Onions chopped,
2-3 green chillies,
3 tomatoes Puree,
1Inch ginger, 7-8 garlic cloves,
250 grams Paneer in cubes,
1tsp Red chili powder,
1tsp coriander powder,
1/2 tsp garam masala,
1/2 tsp cumin seeds,
A pich of asafoetida ,
Salt as per taste,
2-3 tbs cooking oil ,
Water.
Recipe:
Take oil in a cooker, when oil is hot add cumin seeds , salute it now add chopped ginger and garlic cloves,mix it well ,add asafoetida .Add dry masalas ,add tomato puree ,mix it well ,add little water mix well , repeat 2-3 times.
Now add paneer mix it well with masalas and add water as per requirement ,as much gravy you need.
Give 2 whistles. This veggie you can make it in kadai also.
Open cooker and your Paneer Tomato Masala is ready , have it with Roti,Chapati , Paronthas or Rice. Happy Cooking.
