PAKAUDEWALI KADHI


PAKAUDEWALI   KADHI ...


Ingredients : 

1) One medium size onion, 2) 5 garlic cloves ,3) 1/2 inch of ginger piece ,4)Cuminseeds, fenugreek seeds &  musterd seeds half teaspoon each.5) 1/4 spn  hing, 6)  1 big  full vessel of sour curd,7) 2-3 tbs .gram flour , 8) 2-3 green chilie's,9) 1tsp of coriander pwdr, garam masala half, 10)few stings of Kari patta.11) green coriander  little.12) Salt according to taste ,13) a pinch of sugar.
For making bhajiyas. : 
 green coriander ,coriander pwdr.finely chopped onion, green chilly,salt n gram flour ,mix all this ingredients n make pakoda's.
 recipe : 
Mix curd , add gram flour  again mix it with madani (wooden mathani.) .curd must b sour always remember.(one day old curd) 
Take a deep kadhai(pan) add two tbs.oil( I added Borges Olive Oil) heat the oil add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustered seeds, kari patta,green chilly pieces , ginger &  garlic (cut in small pieces ) , saute with onion ,add hing, fry till onion become pinkish in colour, add turmeric pwdr. ,now add mixer of curd n gram flour ,stir it & immediately add water, make it in milk consistency, add salt as u like, a pinch of sugar , stir it properly , there should b no lumps . get the first boil ,add green coriander ,then keep the flame slow, keep the lid on ur vessel (not to cover it fully)  in between stir it 3-4 times, within 20 -22 minutes ,b4 put it off the flame add pagodas in kadhi n then after 5-7 minutes  ,sprinkle garam masala now put the gas off & enjoy kadhi with Rice ,papad , salad .Enjoy cooking.😊

Aaloo - Paneer Parontha.


AALOO-PANEER PAROTHA ...


Aaloo - Paneer Parontha : It's a special  breakfast dish usually Panjabi's make & serve with lot of Pure Ghee , home made butter & home made Curd.All over the World this Yummy Parontha's everyone likes to eat.🌹😊🌹
INGREDIENTS:
1)  4-5 medium potatoes ,
2)  2-3 Green Chillies chopped ,
3) 1tsp. red chilly powder ,
4) 1& 1/2 tsp. Coriander pwdr. ,
5) A pinch of Asafoetida (हिंग),
6) salt according to taste,
7) Chopped green coriander,
8) Fresh Paneer ( of 1 ltr milk.)
9)  Wheat dough for making,Parontha's.
10) 1/2 tsp. Parsley (अजवायन). 
Method :
 First boil potatoes in pressure cooker with 3-4  whistles. remove potatoes & smash it when it is little cool , mix all ingredients ,add paneer with potatoes.Mix it well.Now take a medium boll of dough, make small chapati put mixture of potatoes n paneer,cover it in that chapati ,roll out
& put it on hot tava ,pour some oil on it both the side,  pour pure ghee both the side of parontha.On medium fast flame  roast it properly.Paontha is ready, serve it with butter on it & curd.  😊 happy cooking.😊🌹🌷🌹.

Garma Garam Chanadaal snacks.


GARMA GARAM CHANADAAL SNACKS ....


Ingredients:
Chanadaal, salt, cilli powder & oil to boil.
Method: 
1.) Soak Chana daal for 4-5 hrs.
2) boil oil & little- little daal in seive & keep seive in boiling oil.
3). When daal is changing colour ,remove it in plate on tissue.
4). When little cold add salt & red chilly powder. 
5 ) keep it in air tight container.
