3-4 green Capsicum (in small pieces),
2 big potatoes (in small pieces) ,
2green chillies,
2big Tomatoes,
1/4 tsp of Asafoetida (हिंग) ,
3-4 cloves of garlic,
1/2" piece of ginger,
Few leaves of green coriander,
1 tea spoon of cumin seeds,
1 tea spoon of dry coriander powder,
1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder,
1 tea spoon of red chilly powder,
1tea spoon of garam masala,
2 tbs of cooking oil,
1 cup of water .
Recipe : Take a pan, switch on the gas stove, add oil , add cumin seeds,add asafoetida, saute it ,add onion, add green chillies, fry. it on medium low flame till it it get pinkish colour.
Now add tomatoes, smash it properly ,add little water if required,
After smashing tomatoes now add little more water ,add veggies, keep the lid on the pan & cook it on. medium slow flame. Check it out in between ,when cooked sprinkle garam masala on veggies, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with hot roti or Chapatis.
