1) Okra (Bhindi) , 2) seasame 1 cup, 3) desicated coconut 1 cup , 4) 1/2 cup peanut, 5) 1tsp. red chilli powder, 6) 1tsp. turmeric powder ,7) 1tsp. coriander powder, 8) 1tsp. garam masala, 9) 1/2 tsp. dry mango powder ie aamchur, 10) salt according to the taste ,11) 2tbs. Cooking oil , 12)3-4 garlic cloves & a half inch piece of ginger.
Method: wash Okra & wipe it off with clean napkin. Cut the both ends of it, put slits in all okras.
In a pan roast little peanut ,add Sesame & roast it when it's roasted little add desicated coconut & roast it but don't burn it. These all three u can roast it separately also. Now when it is cool grind coarsely while grinding add all spices.
Now fill this grounded mixture in slits of each Okra (Bhindi).
In a pan put 2tbs of oil & slowly go on keeping all stuffed Okra in hot pan,, slowly turn up okras after each & every two three minutes, after 5-6 minutes, keep the lid on the pan, check it out whether Bhindi is properly cooked or no, within five to seven minutes it will be ready to serve with hot fresh chapatis.
