Maggi Masala with Morning or Evening Masala Tea.

Maggi Masala : 
1) 2 block of Maggi  Noodles, 
2) 1 medium chopped  Onion, 
3) 2  chopped  Tomatoes, 
4) 1-1/4 cup of  semi boiled green pease, 
5) 3 tsp.thin slices of Capsicum (u can add your choice of veggies), 
6)  2-1/2 tsp of Oil, 
7)  water as required ,
8) 2green  chopped chillies, 
9) 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder, 
10) salt as per taste, 
11) 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 
12) 1/2 tsp. of coriander powder. 
13) 1tsp of chopped garlic - ginger,
14) 1tsp Cumin. Seeds. 

Recipe : 
Keep a pan on gas, put oil, add cumin seeds ,add chopped onions, Green chillies, asafoetida ,ginger - garlic. 
Fry it till it becomes pinkish .
Keep on other side a pan, add water, add Noodles with 1/2 tsp of oil ,after 2 minutes add sliced capsicum ,don't  boil it too much. 
Add dry spices in pan of Onions. 
Add little water, mix it well. Add green pease, tomatoes & stir it properly, add Maggi masala both the masala pouches, stir it properly, add salt then add boiled Maggi Noodles, stir it again. 
Cook it with lid on the pan  for 2-3 minutes .Your Maggi Masala is ready.

Kitchen tips & tricks.

Kitchen Tips & Trics : 
1)  जैसे ही आशंका हो कि गैस पर रखा हुआ दूध फट जाएगा तो तुरंत गैस धीमी आँच पर करें और दो टी स्पून पानी में छोटी उँगली के नाखून जितना बेकिंग पाउडर 
(बेकिंग सोडा ❌)मिलाकर दूध में डालकर अच्छी तरह से मिक्स करें, दूध बिल्कुल नहीं फटेगा । आजमाया हुआ नुस्खा है ।😊❤🙏❤😊

2) अगर कढ़ाई, पैन , कुकर या कोई भी बर्तन जल जाता है तो थोड़ा पानी डालकर फूड रैपिंग फॉइल जले हुए बर्तन में रखकर 1/2 घंटे बाद साफ करने पर बर्तन पूरी तरह से  साफ हो 
जाएगा ।
3) किसी भी रैसिपी में मिर्च या नमक गलती से ज्यादा हो जाए तो एक छोटा बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज़ हल्का -सा पकाएँ ,उसमें एक टमाटर की प्यारी डालें और अपनी बिगड़ी पर हुई रैसिपी में मिला लें  ,सब ठीक हो जाएगा । 
 नमक कम करना हो तो  आटे की गोलियां भी डाली जा सकती हैं, कुछ समय बादआटे की गोलियां निकाल दीजिए, नमक कम हो चुका 
होगा ।

Cauliflower with potatoes .



Cauliflower with Potatoes VEGGIE



Ingredients :
1 medium sized Cauliflower, 
1 chopped Onion, 
1 big size chopped tomato, 
1-1/2 tsp. coriander powder, 
1/2 tsp.garam masala, 
3-4 fenugreek seeds,
1 tsp. red chilly powder, 
2  chopped green chillies, 
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder, 
1 tsp. cumin seeds, 
1-1/2" chopped ginger, 
1-1/2 tsp. chopped garlic, 
2-3 tbsp. Oil, 
Salt  according to taste, 
1/4  tsp. asafoetida ,
 2 tsp.Chopped Coriander leaves, 
Little water. 





Recipe : 
1) Keep a  pan on gas, put oil, make it hot, add chopped Onion, green chillies, ginger & garlic, fry it till it becomes pinkish ,add asafoetida, mix it well. 
2)  Add  chopped Tomatoes ,smash it properly add dry ingredients & stir it well. 
3) Add Cauliflower & Potatoes,stir it well, add little water as required, put the lid on pan and cook veggie for 8-10 minutes, in between check it and stir it well. 
4)  When cooked properly  garnish with garam masala powder and coriander leaves.

Green -Chholia Vegetable.

Ingredients  : 

 1-1/2 cup Chholia ,
2 Onions chopped, 
2 Tomatoes chopped  ,
10-12  Pieces Paneer ,
2-3 Green chillies chopped, 
2 tsp. Coriander powder, 
 1-tsp. Green coriander leaves powder, 
1/2 Garam masala powder, 
1/2 red chilli powder, 
Salt as per taste, 
2tbs. Oil, 
1 tsp. Cumin seeds, 
1-2 tsp. Coriander leaves, 
1-1/2 ,tsp. Chopped Ginger, 
1-1/2 tsp. Chopped garlic, 
A pinch of Asafoetida, 
Little water as per required. 

Recipe  : 
1) Keep a pan on gas, put oil in a pan, make it hot, add cumin seeds, green chillies,chopped ,ginger & garlc ,saute it,  add asafoetida .
2) Add  onion ,mix it well  for2-3 minutes, add chholia, red chilly powder, coriander powder, green coriander leaves powder,garam masala. 
3)  Mix it properly, add little water as required, add tomatoes, mix it well, add salt, nicely cook by keeping lid on the pan 8-10 minutes. 
4)  Add Paneer Pieces, Check it whether tomatoes smashed or no  & chholia properly cooked or no, if needed cook it for 5-7  minutes more .
5) When  cooked well ,put the flame of gas off, garnish the veges with coriander leaves .Serve with Chapatis, paranthas. Happy cooking  .
